When you uninstall PetPro AI, we immediately lose access to the theme files. So even when the app is removed from your Shopify store, the code remains. To completely remove the PetPro AI code and files, follow the steps below.

1. Login to your Shopify store's admin page
2. Select Themes in left navigation
3. Select Edit Code under Actions button menu.

Here are the basic steps to remove the PetPro AI code:

1. Type petpro in the Search files... box.
2. Click on petpro.liquid file to open.
3. Click Delete file button to remove the liquid file.

1. Clear text from Search files... box.
2. Click on theme.liquid file under Layout folder.
3. Click anywhere in the file and hit Ctrl and F keys on your keyboard simultaneously.
4. Type </head> in search box that appeared.
5. Delete the two line with <script and src='https://petproai.b-cdn... in them.
6. Delete the line with {%section 'petpro' %} in it.
7. Click the Save button to save the file.

Once you've finished deleting the PetPro AI code and files:

• Go to your store's home page, collections pages, and product pages to see if any of the PetPro AI widgets remain or any error was caused by code removal (sometimes if you miss a certain code it can lead to a liquid error).
• Go back through the steps above to ensure you remove any remaining code or script from PetPro AI.
