Cat likes it, good price
One of my cats has multiple allergies and sensitivities. Before we discovered his allergy to Chicken we had tried Rachel Rays Grain Free and he wouldn’t touch it. It appeared bland to me. I then tried Science Diet Limited Ingredient, per my vets advice, again he would not touch and the other cats agreed. The list goes on.I found this brand and gave it a try. He loves it and so do my other cats. The vomiting, irritated red skin, and hair loss all stopped.I will say my second bag had different colored smaller pebbles. All of my cats enjoyed the remainder of the last bag more. I mixed it with the new bag and they began picking out the first bags pebbles to eat first. The smell is not too stale like other brands. Over all it has been a life saver. I highly recommend it and so do my cats.
Not bad for specialized cat food. We used it to determine if our cat had a food allergy (which wasn’t the case), both cats ate it up no problem. I couldn’t tell you how it tastes or smelled. The price tag is a bit much for a “big” bag of the kibble, but you pay for the supposed quality. It didn’t look or seem like cheap dry cat food so I’d say the price is well placed.
My Lilac Point Siamese has had scabs for several months which eventually slough off with small chunks of hair. It doesn't seem to bother her, but it sure makes me feel sad for her that she might have any discomfort. I've changed her bathing routine, shampoo, grooming, and food but none of it helped. She's an indoor cat along with my other two kitties but only she has issues. After buying my first bag of Blue Buffalo Limited, within two weeks she had no more new scabs and only had a couple old ones left. It's definitely due to changing to this particular food because changing to others like Halo didn't make a difference. I highly recommend trying this food if your kitty has skin issues with no explanation.
I have tried numerous cat foods for my two babies and this is hands down the best. Little to no throwing up, they love this food. I just ordered a 3rd bag in 3 months. One 5 lb bag last a month for my two cats. I also give them the wet food same brand as well and they love it. One of my cats has allergies and his allergies are a lot better. Not a lot of biting himself or itchy skin.
My cat, a Maine Coon with a lot of fur, was licking his back excessively and itching a lot. It got to the point where he had lots of hair up front and virtually none in back. After multiple vet visits over the years and several courses of steroids, I had the thought that perhaps a food allergy was involved. Two weeks on this food and his fur has started to grow back with a vengeance. I feel bad that it took this long for me to crack the problem (though 4+ vets couldn’t seem to either) but I’m very glad that I found this food.
My cat loves this food. He has a sensitive stomach.
She likes it
I tried it with both my cats for the first time, and not only do they enjoy it, they also have a silky coat. They appear to be doing great on this food. I'm trying Taste of the Wild next as I heard great things and based on the result I'll probably stick to either Blue Buffalo or Taste of the Wild for the foreseeable future.
My cat has many allergies and her vet suggested a limited ingredient food. She loves this one and has stopped vomited and her skin has improved. It's a winnter!
